Our founder, Leila Punzalan, began her prestigious career as an auditor at Grant Thornton (Punongbayan & Araullo) after graduating from the University of Santo Tomas. In 2000, she channeled her rigorous training into building her own practice, specializing in corporate accounting, taxation, and payroll services.
Recognizing the massive shift toward globalization, Leila earned her Masteral Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2005. Her advanced research and case studies into international market dynamics sparked a vision: to bridge the gap between foreign enterprises and local operational excellence.
Over the last 25 years, Leila has evolved her practice across multiple high-value streams—moving intentionally from strategic consulting and corporate outsourced services to pioneering software solutions and design over the past 15 years.
